How do I become a race car driver?

A kid in a car driving fast and wanting to be a race car driver is almost a right of passage, the thought has crossed just about every young males mind at one time or another, but the reality is it takes a lot of money training and commitment to get to a professional level, so unless you were born into it or have a natural talent your parents seen and followed at a very young age your chances of becoming a professional driver are slim to none. you can teach a chimp to drive fast but you cant teach him to win races and become successful.
