Nfs pro street ps2 wheelie problem?

help i cant do any wheelie, i have a chevelle ss with 450 h power, and stage 2 stats, i only have $12 500 to upgrade my car, and i dont have any spare cars so i cant make money, and btw i already used cheats for more money.
