How do i get surgery i can't afford and insurance won't cover?

my doctor has told me i need a total hysterectomy due to 3 very large fibroid tumors which are causing me problems. i am still able to work. my insurance will not cover this as a preexisting conditon and i cannot afford the surgery on my own.
