How much recovery time from weights?...lifting for 4 yrs now.?

So Ive been weight lifting routinely for almost 4 years now. Ive done alot of research over the years, and consider myself to be somewhat experienced. I have developed correct form for the majority of my free weight exercises and focus mainly on fly and bench press variations, as well as strenuous running. I currently workout for about 30 min a day, mon-fri, rest on the weekends. My workouts consists of 3 sets of 12 bench presses (currently 12th rep. is usually failure) and 2-3 sets of incline/decline flyes. Im 22 years old, and also take nitric oxide (c4/ Jack3d) before working out, a protein shake for breakfast and after working out, a multivitamin and one creatine mixed drink during the workday...I also feel that I am seasoned enough to notice slight changes with my body, whether that be effects of supplements,food, or my workout. I have always been scrawny, but have seen noticeable/considerable gains... Currently 5'10, 135lbs. what improvements do you suggeset I make to my routine?
