How to transfer free forum hosting to preexisting URL?

I purchased a domain from GoDaddy, but was hoping to find an alternative route to hosting other than paying for their hosting. There are lots of free forums available that I would be willing to use, but they all have you create a new URL. Is there anyway to use their hosting and software on the URL I already purchased?
