How to get a job with a preexisting health condition & have insurance?

I'm 17 and i have MS, my meds cost almost $32,000 a year right now. With my insurance i'm not aloud do have any money in my bank account. I'm worried about my future, how am i supposed to get a job or go to college? Right now i'm on Medicaid, what can i do?
