Anyone able to help. I have bouts of moderate chest pain, tachycardia and a elevated bp for the past four day?

I am curious if anyone has any ideas what might be going on? For the last four days I have had multiple bouts of moderate chest pain and an elevated bp( hypertensive )at least versus my normal values. Today it was 145 over 99 and my heart rate was 112. It was 156 over 96 yesterday and 115 Tonight it has gone back down to 110 over 89 and my pulse is 73. The main reason I ask is that I fell off my roof about 4 months ago and have since experienced random tachycardia and hypotension twice being admitted for dangerously low levels. Up until the fall I was fine with no preexisting issues. I am just curious if any one has any ideas of what's going on? I realize that bps vary over time but my only concern is my excessive fatigue and the chest pain. I have had a echocardiogram done about three months ago and everything appeared normal. Let me know if you have any ideas
