Can my dermatologist prescribe a skin bleaching cream for me?

I'm fourteen and have horrible-looking skin. I do have acne, but I only have about four pimples on my face total (along with a considerable amount of blackheads). My skin is actually very healthy and soft. But I have around 45 hyperpigmented spots (little red marks) on my face alone, and it makes my acne look severe when it really isn't. Out of 1300 kids in my school, everyone I've asked has said my acne looks the worst. When I look into the mirror my skin looks ruined... If I'm already using skin creams for my acne right now, can I still get some sort of bleach?
