Could I be pregnant? (Help me asap!!)?

I have been on the depo shot for roughly a year. While having sex I never used a condom due to the fact that I thought my boyfriend and I were 1. going to get married and 2. the depo shot was used. The last time I had sex was sometime roughly in November of 2010. Well, single now, I am wondering. Is it possible? A few months ago I would get sick and feel nausea at night time. Some foods would make me sick and I would always feel dizzy at night before going to bed. That is all gone now, but lately I cannot sleep at night (mostly sleep in the day). I cannot tell as far as period because the shot has caused spotting this whole time. My stomach frequently aches and I have a hard time using the restroom (although this and heartburn are a preexisting condition). My stomach feels really hard and aches in the lower region, mostly. My ribs hurt at times and if I scrunch my body up it feels like something is jamming under my rib.When I eat, my stomach tends to increase in size, but after awhile it will return to a normal looking size. It does tend to poke out a bit on most occasions. Sometimes my stomach growls like crazy and I do not feel hungry myself, but it growls and growls. My breasts hurt on occasion, but not much. I keep wanting certain foods too (although I have always done that). Too much movement can trigger cramps in my stomach as well. The other night I laid down too fast and a sharp pain shot through my stomach. Poking at my stomach, even softly can trigger pain. There have been times when a bubble popping-like feeling happens in my stomach or a rumble of some type. Well, any-who, the thing is, I am slightly over weight (5ft 8 and around 177 pounds, my weight constantly bounces between 175 and 185, the all time high was 190). So I am wondering, am I just a hypochondriac fat ***, sick in some form, or is it possible that I could be prego? BTW, can't go to the doctor, no insurance.
