Do you think the son is guilty?

So today I heard a news story where a son and his dad got in a fight which got physical. The son choked his dad and he had a heart attack and died. The dad had a preexisting heart condition so that's why the choking caused his heart attack. Apparently the family is backing the son who is being charged with murder because theyre saying just a verbal argument could have caused him to have the heart attack and die. So do you think he should be found guilty?
