What is your opinion on a 10 year age gap in a relationship?

I'm 17 and I like a guy who is 27. I'm quite mature for my age and we have a considerable amount in common. A few people I have spoken to think it is wrong but we're both consenting adults, do you think there is an issue with the age gap and why?
