Will replacing Medicare with a Voucher program GO Beyond The Fabled Death Panels to outright Extermination?

The extermination of the old and the poor. The voucher will only cover some of the cost of insurance premiums and still, I bet the insurance companies will impose a hefty deductible and a hefty out of pocket amounts. Premiums will go up, because of course, insurance companies will not have a regulation against rate increases and CEOs and share holders will require more profits for themselves. In the meantime those vouchers will come out of our paid taxes anyways. Those who say that will be effective are being lied to and are deluding themselves. The market is too volatile for this country to privatize medicare.
