What is the cheapest way for me to see a doctor in Australia?

I am here on a working holiday visa and have both an Irish passport and American passport. The injury is not a preexisting condition and is fairly urgent that I see a doctor about, and I am willing to go to any hospital or doctor's office, whatever the cheapest, or even free, way is. thank you in advance!
