Please explain to me about Obama care and how it sucks?

The only thing I ever hear that's positive about Obamacare is that you can stay on your parents insurance till you are 27. The most outrageous thing is how its just a new tax and the people will be required to buy health insurance from these companies or go to jail and pay a fine. Its also outrageous that Obama is giving out exemptions to the ultra rich so they will be exempt from Obamacare. I think they call that an unfair trades practice when the government only makes the small business man comply with rules and regulations.
