Aflac and preexisting conditions?

i just signed up for aflac hospital confinement and accident policy...i wanted to know if hospital confinement covered surgeries relating to an abnormal pap smear not yet diagnosed...when i have my colposcopy and if they suggest i have a more invasive proceedure will aflac deny coverage due to the abnormal pap smear before...i made them aware that my recent pap was abnormal but the rep seemed unsure about how it would affect my being covered down the line if further testing required treatment and hospitalization...
