After reimbursement from Bof A's Mastercard, who owns the product if the company has not given you any shippin?

The company hung up on us and we have not a way to ship the product back to the company. It is large and will cost considerable to ship. Who owns it? We have been reimbursed for the product from the credit card company. We are worried that the company will come and say we have it and they want paid.
