Back Pain sciatic Bulged Disc?

I have a herniated disc sending pain down my sciatic nerve. I can't sit or stand. I have seen DR's had xray's, CT's & MRI's. I've been to Physio & Chiro & had cortisone. Nothing has helped. I can't get surgery as I don't have private health insurance, they won't see you. Now it is a preexisting condition. the burst disc is in L5/S1. Any help as I am in extreme pain..Please...I live in Australia, So please no advise about insurance in the USA
