Is the health care lie about covering all preexisting conditions for less money a better lie than WMD's?

WITH OUT ANY DOUBT....I thought George Dubya had told the best....but along came Barry Hussein and beat him....this president expects people to believe that ALL PREEXISTING CONDITIONS CAN BE COVERED FOR LESS MONEY THAT NOW PAID FOR HEALTH INSURANCE......How can you agree to pay out a completely limitless amout of money for less money coming in - CHEAPER...even when you have only 40,000 million more insured people...
