Oh you Republican, Republicans what am i going to do with you?

Protecting it`s citizens and it`s borders is the government top responsibility, but we could close some bases in a few foreign countries. As for what to cut, this Conservative says, the dept. of education, the EPA, the energy dept., change rules in social security retirement and payments, cut welfare to those who can work but never have, I could go on and on but I think you get my point.
