What Can cure my sickness?

Around the conclusion to last weekend I began feeling this feeling of lightbodiedness, and every 2 hours I got these unbearable physical sickness pains which did not follow through with vomiting, nor feces expulsion. I thought it may be the fact that I have had a considerable amount of beef because I can't digest it, but that was a week ago and I have ceased to eat it for the past week and yet said sickness is still here.
