While playing football (AFL) at a reasonably high level the other day, I was running quickly for the ball and I needed to turn quickly for the ball. I felt something pop and move but I could still run although I was in considerable amount of pain. After the game it was bloody sore and I can hardly lift my leg because my hip feels weak and is hurting quite a bit. Its only one side the other feels fine but my right side, which is my kicking side, is killing me. Any ideas?
