Why are Liberals upset about seniors paying 68% of their health insurance costs?

$800/month for seniors to pay anything is atrocious. Let alone something basic like healthcare. Don't you think that healthcare should be a universal right? In this day and age, we shouldn't let people suffer just because they can't pay for it.
