Cavities and scared of dentist?

I'm 13 and I haven't been to the dentist in a while but I know I have cavities. There's at least four that I can see and that's just on the bottom! I scared of the dentist :S It's not really that I'm scared of the dentist, it's more that I'm scared of what they'll find. I can't eat too much candy or anything because my teeth will start to hurt, if that tells you how big they are...... :SS Help!
