Does Blue Cross Blue Shield cover fixing little preexisting things?

I havn't had health insurance for two years since I was 18 and my father just put me on his plan. While I was uninsured my bottom two wisdom teeth totally came in and my top ones are coming in now. I'm going to get my teeth cleaned soon and I'm sure they'll want to get rid of those, but will they since I've obviously had them longer than I've been insured? Also, I have a black spot on one tooth-will they fix cavities or anything if they find them? Oh and one more thing- my dad would be pretty pissed if he found out I had my wisdom teeth come in and didn't get it fixed for two years due to money. Will he be sent a list of what they do to me?
