How to treat long term parasites,?

I'm sorry, I'm not finding a question in your post. What is it you're trying to find out? There are many different types of parasites, and each requires a different treatment. I'm not going to launch into a Parasitology class here, but first you have to identify the parasite, and then you choose the particular treatment that is effective for that specific parasite.
