Co-worker trying to scam workman's comp?

My co-worker is trying to apply for Workman's Compensation, claiming she injured herself at our place of work, when she did not. It was a preexisting injury, and she continually performs difficult tasks that she could not possibly do if she were in fact injured in the way she claims. Her claim has already been denied once, and now she is insisting all of us (her co-workers) write letters to Workman's compensation substantiating her false claim. I have been on the depo shot for roughly a year. While having sex I never used a condom due to the fact that I thought my boyfriend and I were 1. going to get married and 2. the depo shot was used. The last time I had sex was sometime roughly in November of 2010. Well, single now, I am wondering. Is it possible? A few months ago I would get sick and feel nausea at night time. Some foods would make me sick and I would always feel dizzy at night before going to bed. That is all gone now, but lately I cannot sleep at night (mostly sleep in the day). I cannot tell as far as period because the shot has caused spotting this whole time. My stomach frequently aches and I have a hard time using the restroom (although this and heartburn are a preexisting condition). My stomach feels really hard and aches in the lower region, mostly. My ribs hurt at times and if I scrunch my body up it feels like something is jamming under my rib.When I eat, my stomach tends to increase in size, but after awhile it will return to a normal looking size. It does tend to poke out a bit on most occasions. Sometimes my stomach growls like crazy and I do not feel hungry myself, but it growls and growls. My breasts hurt on occasion, but not much. I keep wanting certain foods too (although I have always done that). Too much movement can trigger cramps in my stomach as well. The other night I laid down too fast and a sharp pain shot through my stomach. Poking at my stomach, even softly can trigger pain. There have been times when a bubble popping-like feeling happens in my stomach or a rumble of some type. Well, any-who, the thing is, I am slightly over weight (5ft 8 and around 177 pounds, my weight constantly bounces between 175 and 185, the all time high was 190). So I am wondering, am I just a hypochondriac fat ***, sick in some form, or is it possible that I could be prego? BTW, can't go to the doctor, no insurance.

Will my Health insurance cover me?

I just enrolled into the blue cross blue shield at my job. They take out 65.00 a weak. I have just started it about 6 months ago. In the month of April I had went to a regular clinic (genera Doctor) because of a slight pain in my right testicle. The doctor per-scribed me antibiotics, and pain pills for a weak. With in that weak my testicle also got very badly inflated, and the pain was almost unbearable, so the Doctor sent my to the hospital as an emergency, and the next day i went. when i got there they did all kinds of tests,per scribed me some more antibiotics, and pain pills. they told me to see my regular doctor once i've finished the medication. the swelling went down a little bit, but the pain was still there. I went as scheduled to my doctor. and this was a different doctor than before. He sent me to a neurologist. the next day I went to the neurologist, and they examined the ex-rays from the hospital and determined, a removal of that testicle is a must. This was on a friday and it was too late for him to get all of the necessary tests did so he can do an emergency operation. The doctor scheduled the OP on that following monday at 12:30pm, When i got there to register, The financial department had me to sign a paper stating if my insurance doesn't cover the cost that i will be responsible. The Insurance claims that this was a preexisting condition. I never had any problems with my testis before. what is it that i can do. I am Honest and have no reason for telling fibs, and any advise would be help full.

How much recovery time from weights?...lifting for 4 yrs now.?

So Ive been weight lifting routinely for almost 4 years now. Ive done alot of research over the years, and consider myself to be somewhat experienced. I have developed correct form for the majority of my free weight exercises and focus mainly on fly and bench press variations, as well as strenuous running. I currently workout for about 30 min a day, mon-fri, rest on the weekends. My workouts consists of 3 sets of 12 bench presses (currently 12th rep. is usually failure) and 2-3 sets of incline/decline flyes. Im 22 years old, and also take nitric oxide (c4/ Jack3d) before working out, a protein shake for breakfast and after working out, a multivitamin and one creatine mixed drink during the workday...I also feel that I am seasoned enough to notice slight changes with my body, whether that be effects of supplements,food, or my workout. I have always been scrawny, but have seen noticeable/considerable gains... Currently 5'10, 135lbs. what improvements do you suggeset I make to my routine?

Is it possible that I've broken my toe?

I hurt it 4 or 5 days ago. There was considerable swelling the day after I hurt it and it substantially pained me, although I could still, with difficulty, walk on it. In the following days the swelling subdued nicely; although I think there might still be a tiny bit of swelling left, and the pain gradually disappeared. I could walk more easily and my toe was feeling better. However today I accidentally hit my toe and I've had a bit of a relapse. I can still walk and put a bit of pressure on it, but I hear cracking when I gently bend my toe up or down. Just wanted to know If I've broken it or that this is a stupid unnecessary question and that it's a minor injury that will heal with time. thanks :D

What can I do to feel better?

'm your classic teenager. I stay up late at night and sleep in during the summer. I've noticed something strange though. I'll stay up for sometimes over 35 hours at a time, and not be tired. I'll try to sleep, but I usually sit there for hours at a time, with no sleep. If I do sleep its for only a few hours at a time. Then I'll stay awake for another extremely extended amount of time. Its been about a week of this odd sleeping schedule and I've noticed other things as well. I've an immense decrease in appetite, and I feel sick if I eat to much. I force myself to drink enough water, even if it upsets my stomach.When I do eat I try to eat fruits and vegetables, things that are healthy, with things packed with fat and protein. Due to this I've lost a considerable amount of weight and it is begging to worry me. I have an odd little bruises on my leg. I also have extreme headaches that come on gradually. I'm paler than I usually am. I also have a unpleasant tugging sensation in my neck whenever I move it in one way or another. I'm not depressed, I'm actually really happy. My period was over two weeks ago, so I know it's not that. I'm not anorexic or bulimic, and I haven't had a history of it, nor have I ever had trouble sleeping. I want to know if there's anything I could do personally, before talking to my parents. Help Please?

Sure, they claim their "holy book" commands them to do it, but as always, they use their dogma to rationalize a preexisting condition. So what is their true motive behind trying to make other people believe the same stuff without evidence as them? ...and I really have no desire to read? The books in question are Dragonlance (from Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman). Instead of buying one or two, and seeing how I liked them... I bought pretty much their whole horrible catalogue of books (16 of them). I spent a considerable amount of money on them (7.99 x 16). I can't sell them on Amazon, since shipping materials, time spent packaging them, driving them to the post, blah blah... just isn't it worth it. Should I just stomach the crappy books and read them? I'm fourteen and have horrible-looking skin. I do have acne, but I only have about four pimples on my face total (along with a considerable amount of blackheads). Is it too late for me to major in voice?

I'm 17 years old, and I have been singing in some fashion for most of my life. I sang in a youth choir (2-3 part harmony) for five years, church choir for 3, and I started private voice lessons this summer. My voice is still developing, but at my first lesson, my teacher got me up to a high C#. I still need a lot of work, but I've discovered I love singing. I want to devote considerable study to it, and perhaps even major in it. I'm going to college next year (fall 2012), and obviously I've got to decide if I'm going to do auditions, etc. I suppose I could always transfer in as well. Is it too late to consider/prepare for auditions at a collegiate level? It probably is, but since I've seen a few music teachers out here, I'd love to hear input.

Painting a bike frame?

'm going to paint the frame on my SS 29er here soon. Trouble is... I don't know what color(s) and what kind of paint. I have the equipment (gun, air compressor, thinner and mixing cups) and experience to spray auto paint from my local auto paint shop. They have PPG which is pretty much the best stuff. I can do base/clear or single stage which is easier. Or I can go the aerosol route. I'd sand it down, prep it with alcohol, prime it then do whatever. I just don't know if it's worth the trouble to go the spray gun route. I want to go aerosol but don't know if it'll work out in the end. Any experience doing either way?

Running Weight Loss- Does running really help you lose a considerable amount of weight?

Preexisting medical discharge? Please help?

Hello there, I signed up for navy in Jan 10 and went to bootcamp aug 10 with a SEAL contract. Since about a couple years ago I dove into the pool wrong and did something that makes my back sore and tender every once and a while and I didn't think it was enough to put on my medical record in bootcamp. Well on day 2-5 I went to medical and told the doctor about my back acting up emensly from out daily workouts and told him I did not put it on my medical record. So he ASMO'd me and I was in rehab in boot camp for 3 weeks until I went back to another division. I graduated finally the first week of October. And continued training for the seal program unti march with little lower back pain. I made it all through BUD/s indoc and the end of the first week before I rang out because my body was a mess and I just didn't feel ready for the training. Ever since I quit my back has been the worse it's ever been. I mean, I have to sit down to put my boots on in the morning, it's hard to bend over and when I lay in bed, I can't lift up my right leg and it's hard to stand for periods of time.. I'm in Florida now for school and I'm worried to go to medical, in fear of them discharging me for fraud, and not getting any benefits.. I mean I'm only 19 and I don't really have anything to go back to and I want to use my GI bill to go to school.. What kind of dischrge do you think I could receive? Who could I talk to? Who could help? Would that be a fraudulent enlistment? Please help

In Nevada is the landlord responsible for repairing a previously damaged irrigation system?

I recently rented a house with an irrigation system; at the time of the rental the system had not been de-winterized and once activated the leaks became obvious. The property manager ignored my phone calls and emails and the messages left with the staff at her office and I was finally told by a third party "it is what it is, it won't be fixed". Is the landlord responsible for the repairs needed to make the system properly operational or am I stuck with an unknown preexisting problem?

How to deal with mistreatment at work.?

I have worked in a health care office for a year now. At first everything was great. Then recently my boss has been treating really unfair there was an incident where a co- worker of mine threw some very important documents in the shred instead of filing in the correct spot this is not the first time she has done things of this nature to avoid getting out of work she cuts alot of corners to get of doing things the correct way. This person was working in the clinic I usually run. I found the documents when I came to work the next day. I immediately took the documents to my bosses and told them I had found the papers in the shred bag. Then because the person who did this is friends with my boss they tried to turn it around on me and say that I put them there myself just to get this person in trouble. Now they have moved me to the clinic that this person works at full time and put me in a position were I have to work with this person everyday. Now the work environment is full of tension and to top it all off i'm not even supposed to be at this particular clinic because it has stairs and I have a preexisting knee injury and a doctors note that I gave to my bosses showing them that i'm not supposed to be doing the stairs they just ignored this note. Flaking day old tattoo... Help?

First of all let me just state that I am a gr.12 high school student. (Age helps individuals form answers sometimes). While playing football (AFL) at a reasonably high level the other day, I was running quickly for the ball and I needed to turn quickly for the ball. I felt something pop and move but I could still run although I was in considerable amount of pain. It's been rainy and muddy around here in my horses pasture. I've been trying to pick out her hooves even more frequently than usual to prevent thrush or other disease to the hooves. Today when I was picking out her hooves the area near the bars/seat-of-corn/white line (it was a triangular section in the groove of the hoof) started chipping when I was picking out the grooves of the bar. It was white underneath when It chipped and the white line, started getting more pronounced as I cleaned out the hoof. Alot of junk was coming out of there, but the white line continued to stay brown in color. I'm concerned. The farrier came out and trimmed them awhile back, but she's due for another trim later on this month. When the farrier came (she hadn't had REGULAR hoof care before this so I didn't know what to expect).I had to pull her shoes off myself, and I was worried that I hadn't helped her make the transition as well as I should because I wasn't experienced in those things. Her hooves were completely healthy though.. only thing the farrier had to do was trim her front toes which had gotten long. There were a few ridges in her hooves that he couldn't rasp out (too close to the coronary band). He suggested I put her on horseshoer's secret to grow the hooves out so he could rasp out the ridges quicker. He had said that she had early stages of laminitis in her hooves.. she was FAT before I got her, and has lost a considerable amount of weight, now she's in perfect shape. He said that we wouldn't have to worry about this because it was almost definitly from when she was a fatty, and there wasn't much fibery tissue there:P I have been giving her baths lately.. to sooth her from the flies and mud. She's been getting the horseshoer's secret everyday (the exact amount it says to give her) and she also gets a small scoop of safechoice horse feed with that. These amounts were all recommended by my farrier. Since it's so muddy, the grass hasn't had alot of progress.. so she still gets hay, and she picks around on shoots of grass out in the pasture too. She hasn't been ridden much lately, and now I don't know if I should ride her. She can walk/trot/canter without any noticeable problems. Could this be early signs of white line? Or am I over-reacting.. and it's just a little chipping? Trying to get the farrier on the phone.. but I was wondering what ya'll think I'm up against:/

My nitrites are off the charts 10.0+ i have done water changes & they don't seem to be coming down?

Ok I have a new tank...about 4 weeks with a fancy goldfish ammonia is 0 nitrites were 10.0, now 8.0, nitrAtes were 80 but are now normal, pH is 8.4, alkalinity is 300mg/L, hardness is 150mg/L, chlorine and chloramine is 0. I took it for an initial testing and did a 40% water change (the pet store said this was not a good idea) then did a 10% water change at night then another 40% (new person at petstore told me that is was the stores policy to advise us not to change water) after talking for a considerable time with the "expert" he agreed that i should change some more water because nothing had changed in the tank (but he never said that ;) ) sadly we lost a fish... so i changed out another 40% the next day and the nitrites dropped to 80mg/L (got the new guy again at the store) again he said to not change the water (wink wink) i changed another 40% last night then another 40% this morning...i dont want to lose my FG. the test strip show + that the good bacteria is developing...what should i do??? should i leave the tank alone now or continue doing a 10% water change until it is normal???

I have symptoms of urethral stricture that has not been diagnosed formally. I have had treatment related to it indirectly but the period will be over around 6/15/11. I joined the Army last July and early this year had a medical issue come up that is possibly related to a preexisting condition that I did not tell the Army about when I joined. According to Army regs this condition should have barred me from enlistment and will not allow me to stay in. Obviously, technically I know should be getting a fraudulent enlistment discharge, but my company commander, first sergeant) have told me that they will just get me a general discharge, if I have to be discharged (they said they would push for me to be able to reclass). Do they actually have that power/flexibility to prevent a servicemember who should be getting a fradulent enlistment discharge downgraded to a general or bypass discharge altogether and let a servicemember reclass? I do know we had guys in my unit fail drug test and they just got general discharges if that information helps.

I receive medicare and medicaid do to a disability. I also receive ssdi on my fathers work record. I just found out that the checks will need to be direct deposited starting in 2013. They are doing away with the paper checks. I don't use a large amount of the check each month since I still live with family. I can't let the money sit in the bank because of the medicaid resource limits. If I did that I would loose my medicaid that pays for stuff that medicare doesn't. Birth control pills causing severe depression?

I am 15 years old and I have a family history of bipolar depression on both sides of the family. Recently it had been well controlled (no anxiety attacks, no harsh mood swings, no suicidal thoughts or actions, etc.). I have always had a very heavy, painful period. My cramps immobilize me and I get severe migraines the day before my period. My gynecologist recommended that I start a birth control regimen to regulate and lighten my period, so she prescribed me BeYaz and Naproxen 500 mg (I don't take the latter because it causes excessive joint pain). Ever since about a week after I started the pill I had been very irritable and moody, and recently it has progressed to the point where I cry all the time and sleep all day. The only thing I can compare it to is depression. I was wondering if it is all due to the certain pill or if it is entirely because of my preexisting condition. I want to fix it, but I cannot come off of the pill as I do not want to have to experience a painful period again and I have recently become sexually active (I don't want to hear it, it was a choice all on my own and I am in a very stable, happy relationship). Would asking about antidepressants interfere with the birth control pills or any pain medication in the Naproxen family? What kind of antidepressant works the best on minors? Should I try a different brand of birth control pill? Reminder, I CANNOT come off the pill. Thanks!

Painting a bike frame?

'm going to paint the frame on my SS 29er here soon. Trouble is... I don't know what color(s) and what kind of paint. I have the equipment (gun, air compressor, thinner and mixing cups) and experience to spray auto paint from my local auto paint shop. They have PPG which is pretty much the best stuff. I can do base/clear or single stage which is easier. Or I can go the aerosol route. I'd sand it down, prep it with alcohol, prime it then do whatever. I just don't know if it's worth the trouble to go the spray gun route. I want to go aerosol but don't know if it'll work out in the end. Any experience doing either way?

Anyone able to help. I have bouts of moderate chest pain, tachycardia and a elevated bp for the past four day?

I am curious if anyone has any ideas what might be going on? For the last four days I have had multiple bouts of moderate chest pain and an elevated bp( hypertensive )at least versus my normal values. Today it was 145 over 99 and my heart rate was 112. It was 156 over 96 yesterday and 115 Tonight it has gone back down to 110 over 89 and my pulse is 73. The main reason I ask is that I fell off my roof about 4 months ago and have since experienced random tachycardia and hypotension twice being admitted for dangerously low levels. Up until the fall I was fine with no preexisting issues. I am just curious if any one has any ideas of what's going on? I realize that bps vary over time but my only concern is my excessive fatigue and the chest pain. I have had a echocardiogram done about three months ago and everything appeared normal. Try something easy to start with and a good way to start online trading is by selling on ebay for a profit. Theres many things that sell there. For maybe 2-3 years i have had a hernia type lump on the right side of my abdomen just above my penis. I have had a mild discomfort and sometimes pain there and this lump can be pushed in but it eventually comes up again. I have been having occasional stomach pains where it hurts when I move and it is just below my rib cage on the right side. My groin aches and the ache runs down my right leg sometimes. I have been feeling pretty tired a lot but that may be because of my sleeping pattern which normally involves me sleeping at 3am and waking up at 3pm on weekends and at school it is difficult to adjust to waking up at 8am so I often find myself asleep on my sofa at 5pm. I do have energy though and I often go out with friends and have large fights with my brother that require considerable physical exertion due to him being bigger than me (they are just play fights lol) but in lesson I always feel tired and it's only once I get out and start walking that I feel ok, this has been the case for the last year or so and does not happen all the time, some days I feel more tired than others. I have also recently had some headaches for the past week but last friday I had some dodgey cannabis (oh yeah, i have been smoking weed for 3-5 months so that could explain recent lack of energy) this messed me up and i heard on the news this certain stuff was giving people fits and I havent felt the same since. I have been feeling sick a lot since that incident but it has been getting better. Anyways, are all these other symptoms just coincidence or do they point to cancer? This is an individual plan that I was accepted for, NOT a group plan. I believe individual plans can deny women for pregnancy as a preexisting condition. I am on STD for a herniated disc with no preexisting condition. My occupation requires me to drive 5+ hours a day as a pharma rep and that could have contributed to the disc issue since I never had previous problems. I also have cervical spondylosis, which I know is considered disc degeneration. I am on good terms with my company and a severance may be discussed soon. I have not gotten any better and have had every type of conservative treatment over the past 3 months. I saw a surgeon who said he thought time would heal me but it hasn't. well your team isn't too bad too begin with. whenever you trade you have to make sure it improves your team. johnson is still a valuable commodity but remember he is out till after the break so that diminshes it somewhat. He is injury prone so it might be a good idea to move him. Your pitching is pretty good right now with hamels, hanson, and marcum. If i were you I would try to package a deal with johnson and include pineda and alexei ramirez. Pineda has been insane this year, an excellent rookie campaign. However, you know they are gonna shut him down soon to cap his IP. So I would try to sell him high while you can and try to get someone who will help you the whole season. You have asdrubal cabrera so you don't have a real need for ramirez who is very valuable at the shortstop position, which is very shallow this year. I am sure someone in your league requires his talents. I would try to get a big, reliable bat to slot into your UTL and you can probably get a decent starter as well, Pineda's value is sky high so you can probably net something nice. If you just want to unload Johnson then I would look for someone like maybe a Chacin or Kennedy caliber, maybe get a closer too.
